One!! Happy FIRST birthday baby girl! You’re ONE! Oh my goodness-I can’t believe it! We woke you up with the birthday song, and you gave us the, “One, one, one, one” with your sweet little finger! You learned that a few days ago in preparation of this day!You have a handful of super sweet tricks that I love! You wave-and it’s not so much back and forth, but more up and down. You hold your sweet hand up high and then move it like you’re patting your highchair. Love! You also clap your hands, LOVE to play peek-a-boo (sometimes by covering your forehead instead of your eyes!), and are starting to blow kisses! And I LOVE the big open mouth kisses that you give!
You stand, no problem, and will take a step or two-sometimes three or four if you’re not paying attention! I love this part of walking, the watching you learn part! You get so brave and have no fear. Proud of you, doll baby!
You still nap twice a day but are just fine if we skip your morning nap. You’ll still nap on the go in your carrier, too, and I’m so thankful for that! Such a laid back, easy going, sweet thing!
We still nurse in the morning and before bed, but I can tell you’re almost finished with that. Oh, I’ll miss it! You’ve already had milk in a sippy cup, and you do great with it.
You’re so happy and silly and fun, and we’re so, so grateful that you’re ours! You’re such a delight! We love you more than words can say, sweet girl, and we’re so excited to be celebrating your very first birthday! Happy, happy birthday to you!!

Eleven Months Old!
Wednesday, October 15, 2014
Oh gracious! You’re eleven months old! How in the world did that happen?! You smiley, happy thing-we love you so!This past month you’ve started to stand for a few seconds at a time. In fact, when we took these pictures at the pumpkin patch, you stood all by yourself for the first time! Jack saw it with me, and he was so amazed-and proud!
You don’t even realize you’re doing it, and when you do, you fall. The boys are both getting a kick out of it, and we are, too!
Nothing had changed with your schedule over the last month. You’re still an expert eater and sleeper (still two naps a day and down by 7:30 for the night), and we’re incredibly thankful for that!
You are such a joy, Margaret girl! God’s ways are ALWAYS higher than our ways, and that we know for sure. We are so grateful that His will was done and that YOU were delivered safely and perfectly healthy into our family!
We love you, sweet thing!
Ten Months Old!
Monday, September 15, 2014
No way, no way! I say the same thing each month, but it’s true-you are such a doll baby and a delight! You’re so happy and laid back and fun, and just amazing! We just can’t believe you’re ours. Oh, we’re so grateful! You were exactly who we were waiting for in our family, and God knew that! His plans are ALWAYS better than ours! You say mama and dada on purpose. If daddy walks in the room, you squeal and crawl to him saying, “dadadada!” Melts him into the biggest puddle every time! Me, too!
^^^Look at this face! Not one you make much, but it cracks me up that I got a picture. You’re so funny! You got two teeth this past month and they’re so cute and teeny. But they’re sharp! You bit me a couple times!
Your sleep schedule is still the same, with two naps a day. You’re fine if we skip the morning nap to run errands. You’ll just fall asleep in your carrier. So thankful for your easy going nature! You nurse in the morning when you wake, at lunch, and at bedtime. Love that. Still in a size two diaper and anywhere from six to twelve month clothes.
Your brothers still make you light up-by doing anything really! They always entertain you, bring you things, giggle at you-and you giggle right back! They were my photo shoot helpers-
also where you kept crawling!
You are the best eater! There’s nothing you won’t eat. You’re on all table foods-no more pureed foods-and you love it. You do great picking food up and feeding yourself. You’re doing really great with your sippy cup, too!
Sweet, sweet pea, we love you! You are fearfully and wonderfully made by our amazing Creator, and we are so thankful He gave you to our family! We love you more than words can say!!
Nine Months Old!

Happy NINE months, doll baby! You are the sweetest, smiley-est thing, just like your brothers, and we are so, so thankful! You have crawling all figured out, and it’s so cute! And you’re fast! You get where you want, when you want! And when you crawl, your tongue is usually sticking out. It’s actually sticking out a lot of the time-like when you smile!
You’re a great eater. We still nurse at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you eat pureed food at each meal, too. No teeth yet, so no real solid foods just yet. We have tried the Gerber wheels and your brothers have given you Cheerios. You’ve loved it all!
You sleep like a champ, praise God!, and still take two good naps a day. Wake at 7:30, nap from 9:15ish to 11:15ish, back down from 1:00 to 4:00, then bed time at 7:30. Love our schedule! Still in size two diapers and you wear six to nine month clothes. Sweet pea!
Your brothers entertain you all the time-you all love it! They like to pick you up, snuggle you, talk to you, and make you laugh. Melts my heart! You say “dadadada” all the time, and you’ve started saying “yaa yaaa yaaa”, too. I love to hear you babble!
You’re no where near walking , but you love to practice when daddy holds your hands. Love watching that!
You’re the sweetest, most cuddly, happy little love bug, and we praise God every time we think about you! We love you sweet girl!
Eight Months Old!
Tuesday, July 15, 2014
Eight months old! My sweet, sweet pea! You are just the most doll baby ever! You smile and giggle and laugh-oh, you’re such a delight! You have perfected your ‘dada’, and I think that you really meant it last night. You saw daddy and said it-filled his heart! You are so ticklish, so of course we tickle you all the time! Your brothers love you to bits and pieces and always want to pick you up and entertain you. I mostly love to watch, but sometimes they make me nervous! They really are very good with you!
You love, love your food and eat anything I give you. You didn’t really care for green beans, actually not at all, but you’ll eat them no problem when I mix them with anything else.
You’re thinking about crawling-I mean really thinking about it! You’ll get up almost on your hands and knees and rock. Then you’ll reach forward and fall down. You’ll get it soon, but it’s totally fine to take your time!
You wear a size two diaper still and 6-9 month clothes. You’re such a little thing, and we love it! You eat/nurse three times a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and sometimes nurse an extra time when you wake from your afternoon nap. You wake each day around 7 or 7:30, go back down at 9:15, up at 11:00, back down at 1:00, up at 4:00, and then back down at 7:30. So thankful for your good sleep!
Oh, Margaret, I can’t tell you how much we love you! You are a God-given miracle, sweet girl, and we thank Him for you each day! I can’t wait to teach you all about Him and how much he loves you! He is Good! Always!!
