Happy Labor Day!

We had a great Labor Day spending time together as a family and grilling out with friends. We took a walk to the park, and Jack tried out the swings for the first time-he loved it! I was pushing him super slowly, but he still felt the wind blowing through his hair so that made him smile! Playing at the park takes a lot out of a little boy! We hope you had a great Labor Day!

Sometimes-

Sometimes after we’ve cooed, played, talked and laughed {and taken pictures of it all!},my little boy has had enough.  I happen to think he’s even super cute when he’s fussy.  I love that face!

A baby divided

Jack has enjoyed his first football Saturday and cheering on both of his grandpas’ teams! Although he’s loving the maize and blue and red and grey, his favorite colors are GARNET AND BLACK!

We’ll try again!

The monkeys and the bears were putting on quite a show at the zoo this morning, but Jack was less than impressed!

Sweet Eva

Mark, Jack, and I enjoyed a great dinner out with the Estes’ tonight and then came back to the house for a little play time!  Jack is on the same path as Eva-growing up way too fast!Eva loves baby Jack and is always so sweet to him-and so helpful!  He was ready for his dinner at this point, but Eva gave him a kiss and made him happy! We love you sweet girl!

Are you ready for some SEC football?!

Jack is! We’ve been telling him how much fun football season is, and it’s finally here! Can you believe it?! That means Fall is almost here too-my favorite!Mark and I love to watch football, so we’re starting this little one on the Gamecock band wagon right away! Sometimes they break your heart, but that builds character, right? I can’t believe how big my baby is getting! He loves to stand up right now and will pull himself up to standing-yep, already!

This daddy is super excited to have a little Gamecock on his hands!And after a pre-game bath, the boys settled in to watch their first of many Gamecock football games! Well the first quarter of the game at least! Hopefully Jack will be good luck for the Gamecocks this year-we’ll see!We look forward to watching many more football games with you little guy!
