It was a hot, hot day in Columbia, but by early evening it cooled off enough to have a night out as a family. After dinner with Meredith and Namath, we met the Goddards at the Columbia Blowfish game-Jack's first live sporting event!

He did pretty well and seemed to enjoy watching the action. I think we made it thru five innings, and then he had had enough for the night-he wasn't too sure about all the loud noises.

During a team change over, they let the kids chase Blowy (I think) the mascot, so Noah got in on the action with a little help from mom and dad. It was too cute!

We are so thankful to have such a fun family activity right in our backyard. Jack has a lot to learn from Noah, and I can see that they will be running those bases together soon!

You know, if you had brought him to a hockey game Jack certainly would have stayed through all 3 periods!
Do they have hockey in Columbia?
We had a great time! Let's do it again soon!
