Late afternoon around our house means play time! Even on your changing table you’re ready to play! {Don’t worry grandparents, Mark was right next to him, I promise!} You’ve become quite a squirmy little guy up there, so we’re learning to be really quick with diaper changes. 
We play on the floor, sit up, roll around, and practice crawling! Each new toy we show you goes, of course, straight to your mouth! You’re still not really a drooler, but I’m sure that will come when your little teeth decide to pop in.
And after all that playing, you’re usually ready for a little nap before dinner. We love that you’re on such a great schedule-I think that keeps you happy!
We love you, little guy, and we LOVE playtime with you!

He's at such a fun age!! Enjoy his lack of mobility while you can. As fun as it is when they start moving, it can be incredibly exhausting! But that too will begin a new and exciting stage. Hard to believe parenting can get any more fun, but it truly does. Congrats on a wonderful, fun-filled first 6 months of motherhood! (And of documenting it so beautifully!)
Since he is starting to move more. Let him move his happy behind down here to charleston.
