What an amazing day! Mark and I talked about how we felt the first time we saw Jack, and we were so excited to feel that again! We woke up bright and early and then headed to the hospital for our 6 a.m. check in.I got all hooked up to the monitors and then we waited. Not for long though! Once encouraged by the Pitocin, Sam decided to join us quicker than his big brother. At 11:38 a.m., we laid eyes on our second son and fell in love! Everyone at the hospital was so wonderful and took great care of us, but we were excited to get home. We were able to be discharged on Saturday and got home around six that night.Boy was I excited to see my big boy!! Both sets of grandparents and Aunt Lindsey and Kendall took great care of this little one for us. Thank you all SO much!! We knew he was having tons of fun!We love our welcome home sign!!! Jack and Kendall did such a great job!!Jack came to the hospital to meet his little brother, but he wasn’t a big fan of the whole situation. He peeked at Sam for a few seconds and then wanted to go check on the babies in the nursery. Once we were home, it was a different story! He asks for his brother and wants to kiss him and hold him! Oh, how sweet!! It was surely a day we will talk about and remember forever. And now we’re looking forward to all the fun of two boys! Sam, you already fit into our family perfectly! We love you!

And did I see on the sign that he was over 9 lbs? You know I love a big baby! :) Hope to meet him soon!
